  • CNPC-Alberta Petroleum Centre

    CNPC-Alberta Petroleum Centre is a service organization jointly invested and operated by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and Government of Alberta, Canada. It is founding from 1989. Up to now, it has become a center for economic and technical exchanges and cooperation in the areas of petroleum and environment between China and Canada, and also a window for seamless cooperation, friendly partnership and development of bilateral trade. The goals of CNPC-Alberta Petroleum Center is to promote the transfer of advanced petroleum science and technology, to strengthen the development of advanced science and technology in the petroleum and environment sector, as well as to strengthen trade between Alberta and China. It has been well equipped for a broad range of activities which not only include technical exchanges and cooperation, professional and technical training, but also conferences and exhibitions. Through its unremitting efforts over the past years, CAPC has built a bridge of exchange and cooperation for the petroleum circle in China and Canada, and made great contribution to the promotion of Sino-Canadian friendship. No doubt, as a demonstration of successful enterprise-government cooperation, CAPC has been highly recognized by both countries. .
